According to the Air Pollution Control Fee Collection Regulations, the control fee is targeted at the particulate matter pollution. Therefore, any general construction or small renovation that is related to the sand, land or particulate matter is included. For example, interior renovation, reconstruction, leak-proof or sealing, or land consolidation should be reported and pay the air pollution control fee.
