According to the Air Pollution Control Fee Collection Regulations, before the start of construction the contractor shall submit the relevant project information to the special municipality, county or city competent authority for approval and shall then make payment to the designated financial institution account within the deadline. If the constructor did not report prior to the start of construction or overdue 7 days after the report, the constructor will have to pay delinquency charges. If the payment is overdue over 30 days, there will be extra fine.
