The constructor need to pay for the the air pollution control fee to close the case. If there is any difference in amount, one should pay for the difference. The extra payment will be refunded. If one needs to pay for the supplementary, the payment period is within 15 days. If the constructor cannot pay within the period, the constructor should submit an official document to the government. If the constructor did not send the official document, then according the article 55 in Air Pollution Control Act, the constructor will be punished.
