| Eligibility |
- The content and nature of the advertisement: the promotion of government decree, public welfare, art, etc. Any advertisement related to the business behavior is limited to the area within 200 meters around the activity.
- The size of the flag should be no longer than 170 cm long and 60 cm wide. Tape and wire are prohibited to use. If tied with belt, the left part needs to be trimmed. The banner should be no longer than 200 cm long and 70 cm width. It should not spread cross the road or the overpass.
- The flag and the banner should not affect the safety of driving and pedestrians. The owner should take care of the flag/ banner to check if it is complete or damage. If there is any damage, it should be fixed immediately
- The applicant should remove the flag/ banner after the due date.
- If there is typhoon alert or strong wind alert announced by the central weather bureau, the applicant should remove the flag/banner immediately and put it back after the typhoon or strong wind is over.
