Rail: Take Taiwan Railways to Hualien Station. Go through Guolian 1st Road, through Zhongshan and Zhongzheng roads to Zhongmei road and then turn to Minquan road, and across the Mennonite Christian Hospital.

Public transportation: From Hualien bus terminal station or take bus in front of the Hualien train station toward the direction of Chong-de or Asia Cement Corporation. Get off the bus at the County Government stop and walk toward the cross of Fuqian Road, connecting Minquan 8th street and Minquan road.

Driving: Via Suhua Highway exit and drive along Provincial Highway 9 heading toward Taitung direction to the Hualien County Government and connect the cross of Minquan 8th street and Minquan Road.
